COMM: Dying to See Her
--- He was too late. He knew that much now. The news that she was dead knocked the wind out of him until walls couldn't contain him and he felt if he stayed behind bars that night, something inside of him would explode with such a brute force it would bring down the precinct jail walls along with its roof, courtyards and hallways, killing everyone in his wake; the fidgety Warden opened the gates for him and let him loose in a silent accord that he would return when whatever business he had outside was concluded, perhaps, recognizing that distant, glassy look in his eyes when he was away and gone --- a look Terry himself was well aware of he had --- or perhaps, incentivized by his own payroll. He found fear was as good of a motivation as profit. Man would've let him go either ways, dreading he'd harm even more inmates if he was forced to stay put and he's hurt a great many. Regardless, Terry drives and he doesn't stop, making himself at home to one of the more civilian seeming
